Every sector has its own particular requirements when it comes to drive technology. As complete supplier with many years of experience, we understand these requirements and precisely fulfilled them. Complementing our standard range of General Purpose and Severe Duty motors, we can also offer specific motors that fully comply with special sector requirements. This allows us to provide solutions that perfectly meet customer demands.

We employ innovative technologies when producing our motors. For example, in order to achieve an optimum design, we use a combination of

highly conductive materials in the rotors of the new series. Or we manufacture complete motors in highly automated production environments employing robots. The results are minimum motor losses and an outstanding starting and switching behavior.

Not only this, we ensure that our production is environmentally compatible and we carefully use valuable resources. For instance, no solvents are used in the insulation impregnation and painting.

Non-Standard Motors

Our non-standard motors as low-voltage motors cover a power range from 200 kW to 4 MW.

They are available as either synchronous or induction motors, in all of the usual voltages as well as cooling types. And when it comes to high rating motors, they set standards regarding the compactness, the efficiency and the reliability.

Motors Acc. to NEMA

NEMA motors (National Electrical Manufacturers Association) for the North American market distinguish themselves as a result of their dynamic design – and especially as a result of their efficiency. The motors with copper die-cast rotor offer NEMA Premium Plus efficiencies that are above the NEMA Premium Standard and currently are the highest available in the market. The generation of general purpose and severe duty NEMA motors will be available in frame sizes 140 to 440 with power ratings of between 1 and 400 HP (Horse Power).

Energy-saving motors with efficiency classes Energy Efficient (NEMA MG-1 Table 12-11) and NEMA Premium (NEMA MG-1 Table 12-12) comply with the US EISA legislation for minimum efficiencies. Our NEMA Premium efficiency class exceeds the even higher efficiencies specified in the NEMA standards. The motors are mechanically and electrically compliant with NEMA MG1. In addition to the minimum efficiencies specified in the US, these motors also fulfill the minimum efficiency requirements for Canada (CSA) and Mexico (NOM).
